Planning Committee Meeting Minutes

Chairman – Parrish Wright calls meeting to order

NOTARIES – No Notaries

PUBLIC COMMENTS – None

RESOLUTIONS – Res 1: Budget Amendment for Highway Department

Res 2: Budget Amendment for General School Fund – Brian Coons had talked with Ashley White and she will be at the Jan. 5th Meeting if there is any questions

Res 3: Budget Amendment for General Fund – Dale Reagan explained the changes to the different line items.

Mayor Reagan gave each Commissioner a copy of the Debt Management Policy to review. Commissioner Parrish said we do this every year.

Mayor Reagan gave a brief update on the Jail construction. UES is doing the environmental Study. Also waiting to hear back on the Tribes & SHPO on the site survey.  Also waiting to hear from Fish & wildlife on any impacts on any Wetlands Protection Areas.

Also, Mayor Reagan mentioned the CDBG Public Hearing to be held before the Jan. 5th Meeting.

Commissioner Young mentioned the old pick-ups from Sanitation to be surplus and put on Gov.deals to be sold.

A motion was made to adjourn by 1st Brian Coons & Jeff Gentry 2nd the motion. Motion carried
